TIPAK manufactures high quality sheet board and packages which made from kraft papers, the grades and quality of which range from domestic to imported materials as required by customers.
Corrugated Sheet Board
TIPAK provides packaging structural, graphic design and other services using computerized system. We work closely with our customers to offer the best product for thier requirements and budget.
Corrugated Box
Manufactures Regular Slotted Container (RSC) and die-cut corrugated boxes, glued or stapled. Other accessories are also produced to suit customers’ demand and applications.
The Production Process
A corrugator is a set of machines designed to bring together three and five sheets of paper to form single and double wall board in a continuous process.
The 3 key stages:
Corrugating the flutes and gluing to a single liner
Gluing the outside liner to make a rigid board
Cutting the board to the desired size
corrugating medium is pressed into a wave-like shape (flutes), then is glued to both a top sheet and a bottom sheet of linerboard. The corrugated boards are then dried, scored, cut and loaded. Printing is performed on corrugated box blanks that have been formed, scored and cut by a corrugator.Different operations are carried out based on the customer’s specification and according to the type of packaging.The converting process varies according to the type of packaging.

Structural & Graphic Design
TIPAK offers flexographic printing for packaging using photopolymer plates and water-based ink, the application of which have been widely regarded as environmentally friendly.
Laboratory
The main function is to test the quality of the raw materials in production that are used for the surface and corrugated kraft paper until testing the final product, corrugated and corrugated cardboard to ensure the quality of the product using tools and equipment that have been calibrated by the Scientific Services department.
